FREAK THE MIGHTY CONNECTION: In the story freak the mighty is a story about a boy named maxwell whos mother died and now lives with his grandparents.He went to daycare and saw a boy named kevin.Kevin would always kick people and thats why people call him kicker.Kevin would always hit people with his crutches.
I can connect to this because one time when it was my fist day of daycare there was a person who always hit and kicked people.I was taller than him just like kicker was taller than just like how maxwell was taller than kevin.I was scared of him because he always hit people and might hit me.That is how i can connect to freak the mighty.
Freak The Mighty Prediction In the story "Freak The Mighty" by Rodman Philbrick Maxwell Kane is livin with his grandfather Grim,and grandmother Gram because his mother died of an unknown reason.When Maxwell was in daycare,he met another boy named "Freak"(Actual name is Kevin)Freak is apparently obssesed with robots,while Maxwell likes kick games.Many years later,Maxwell sees a moving truck and Fair Gwen(Freaks Mother)then finds out Freak was moving in next door.
I predict that Maxwell and Freak will become best frinds and start doing everything together.I think this because they should be friends since they have basically the same personality.I also think that they came up with the idea of Freak The Mighty! Jordan.R.
In the story Freak the Mighty Kevin and Maxwell went to daycare together when they were younger. Now Kevin moved into Maxwell’s neighbourhood. Max remembers Kevin but Kevin has no clue about him. Kevin thinks max is bad so he is being rude and calling him an earthling. Max is just trying to be nice and make friends but Kevin thinks Max is rude. Later on it the book Max gets something down from the tree for Kevin because he can’t reach it because Kevin has crutches and can’t even get off the ground So then after Max helps him and he starts to know that Max is not a bad guy.
I think what is going to happen next is that Max and Kevin are going to become good friends and they will have nicknames for each other Kevin will be Freak and Max will be Mighty the put it together and its Freak the Mighty.
Freak The Mighty prediction I predict that in the story “Freak The Mighty ” Max will go to his Gram and Grim and tell them about what happened when he saw freak and the Fare Gwen. I also think that him, Gram and Grim will all go and welcome Freak and the Fare Gwen to their street , with a gift. I think this because Grim and Gram seem really nice, so it seems that they would be nice enough to give them a gift. I also think that Max will tell them because a lot of kids tell their relatives things that happen.
My Connection To Freak The Mighty I can connect to Maxwell because just like him I used to go to school where a met a friend named Gwen. We were best friends but then I moved. A couple years ago I saw her again and it was really weird because she changed a lot. Just like when Maxwell saw Freak. It was the first time he saw him since grade three. They started to hang out a little and became ok friends just like I did when I started to talk and play with gwen.
